Job Summary

As an International IT Sales Executive, your primary mission is to expand Avens Technologies’ global footprint. You will drive revenue by identifying and closing offshore software development, web development, and IT consulting contracts. This role requires navigating global time zones, understanding international market dynamics, and establishing trust with foreign business entities, startups, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Global Lead Generation: Source high-quality international leads using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, cold email outreach, and global tech directories.

International Client Acquisition: Pitch Avens' core services (WordPress, PHP, custom software, and full-stack development) to international SMEs, agencies looking to outsource, and startups.

Proposal & Estimation Management: Collaborate with the internal technical team to build comprehensive, high-quality proposals, accurate hourly/fixed-price estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW) tailored to global standards.

Account Management: Nurture long-term partnerships with overseas clients to secure recurring dedicated developer contracts and agency white-label partnerships.

Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and update CRM records diligently to track pipeline health, forecasting international revenue accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2-6 years of proven experience in international B2B IT sales, offshore IT outsourcing, or IT staff augmentation.

Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the business cultures and purchasing behaviors of key international markets (., North America, Europe, UAE, or Australia).

Technical Literacy: A strong grasp of the IT landscape (web technologies, CMS platforms, and cloud solutions) to handle initial technical qualification calls independently.

Communication & Flexibility: Flawless international business English (written and verbal). Must be willing to work flexible hours or altered shifts to align with client time zones.

Key Platforms: Hands-on experience navigating international freelancing portals (Upwork, Guru) and professional networking channels is highly preferred.
