job description:
education: min 12th passed / any graduation.
pre-requisite: excellent communication skills.
experience: min 2 years experience in any international outbound/inbound voice process (preferably worked for international sales process)
need candidates with good speaking skills.
working days: 6 days working, with roaster offs.
shifts: us shift (morning shift) (inbound voice)
work location: rajarhat, kolkata
responsibilities:-
ge incoming phone calls
tify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
ide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
le customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
ow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
requirements:-
1. proven customer care experience or experience as a travel sales representative
2. strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
