Shift Timing: Fixed Night Shift (US Shifts)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international (US) customers
Provide professional and effective customer support
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner
Maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction
Follow company processes and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1 to 2 years in International Voice Process (US shifts preferred)
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English
