Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US customers to generate qualified sales leads
Understand customer requirements and pitch services effectively
Maintain accurate call records and lead information in CRM systems
Meet daily/weekly lead generation and performance targets
Ensure high-quality communication and customer engagement
Follow compliance and process guidelines consistently
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in international inbound or outbound sales
Candidates from domestic call center backgrounds must have excellent English
communication skills
Fluent English with strong verbal communication
Minimum qualification: HSC / 12th pass or above
Comfortable interacting with US customers
Willing to work night shifts (US shift)
Office-based role only (no WFH)
