Key Responsibilities
— Make outbound calls to US customers to generate qualified sales leads
— Understand customer requirements and pitch services effectively
— Maintain accurate call records and lead information in CRM systems
— Meet daily/weekly lead generation and performance targets
— Ensure high-quality communication and customer engagement
— Follow compliance and process guidelines consistently
Eligibility & Requirements
— Minimum 6 months of experience in international inbound or outbound sales
— Candidates from domestic call center backgrounds must have excellent English
communication skills
— Fluent English with strong verbal communication
— Minimum qualification: HSC / 12th pass or above
— Comfortable interacting with US customers
— Willing to work night shifts (US shift)
— Office-based role only (no WFH)
