We are an interior design company looking for an experienced Interior Sales Manager who can handle client leads, convert inquiries into projects, and manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to deal closure.
This role requires strong client handling skills, site visit coordination, and clear understanding of residential interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads from marketing, walk-ins, and referrals
Meet clients, understand requirements, and explain design solutions
Coordinate site visits with designers and clients
Present proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures
Negotiate pricing and close residential interior projects
Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly
Coordinate with design and execution teams after closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
Strong B2C sales experience
Client handling and negotiation skills
Knowledge of residential interiors is mandatory
Good communication skills (English + local language)
Ability to work with designers and site teams
Lead conversion and follow-up discipline
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years in interior sales / real estate / related field
Proven record of closing interior or home improvement projects
Education
Graduate preferred
Diploma / relevant experience also acceptable
Salary
Fixed salary + attractive commission
