2) Cold Call, E-mail,Message customers to generate Leads and arrange meetings.

3) Negotiate and Close Deals at Best Market Value & Assist Client's in completing their Purchase including Documentation.

4) Be Aware of Real Estate Rules , Regulations & Other Processes.

5) Develop Relationships with Client's,Builders & Brokers to increase Performance.

6) Must be Confident,Smart & Presentable on the time of Presenting Company's Profile with the help of Prospectus for the purpose of Business Needs.
