1) Develop concepts and Design ideas for 2D and 3D projects based on Client or Project requirement.2) Create 3D Models of objects ,characters and environments.3) Rig and animate 3D Models to bring them to life, adhering to project specifications and Timeline.4) Keep Up-To-Date with Industry Trends, Software Advancements and Design Techniques.5) Implement New Tools and Technologies to enhance the Design Process.6) Ensure the Quality and Consistency of Visual Elements across different platforms and devices.7) Conduct Reviews and make necessary adjustments to meet project standards.8) Required Experience 3D Max with AUTOCAD and Site Supervise Knowledge.9) Candidate should knowledge of Site Supervision , Site Measurement and also Quotation Making..10) Responsible for maintaining Bill Records & Layout Fitting. BOQ of proposed layout ,Documentation of Civil work in AUTOCAD.11) Outline Client Design Objectives,Conceptualise and Sketch Design Plans ,Determine Cost of completion and project requirements in the Budgeting phase,Set a timeline for the completion of an Interior Design Project.

1) Evaluate a Client's need sand sell them End-to-End Interior Design Service & achieve Sales Targets.2) Cold Call, E-mail,Message customers to generate Leads and arrange meetings.3) Negotiate and Close Deals at Best Market Value & Assist Client's in completing their Purchase including Documentation.4) Be Aware of Real Estate Rules , Regulations & Other Processes.5) Develop Relationships with Client's,Builders & Brokers to increase Performance.6) Must be Confident,Smart & Presentable on the time of Presenting Company's Profile with the help of Prospectus for the purpose of Business Needs.

1) Minimum 3 Years of experience in Marketing & Relationship Supervision position.2) Must be from Real Estate Marketing Background.3) Experience in any Real Estate Developer House preferable.4) Experience in B2B & B2C Sales also preferable.5) Travelling Expenses & Incentives would be given.
