Insurance Sales Manager (Male)

Job Profile

A. Key Responsibilities:

· For guidance, supervision and control over the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy in respect to their life insurance business.

· For the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.

· Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.

B. Job Specifications:

· Graduate (10+2+3) / Post graduate or equivalent

· Minimum 0‐7 years of work experience in Sales Development role

· Experience in the life insurance industry / any other industry in sales role is necessary

· Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred

· Good Communication Skills

C. Job Description:

· Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors.

· Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of the market/products.

· Monitor and review agents’ performance. Help them achieve business through customers.

· Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.

· Execution of sales strategy - Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.

· Seek new customers and increase sales.
