Handling objections and turning doubts into opportunities.

Responsibilities:

 Point of Sale associate (POSP) recruitment.

 Provide agents with sales tools, marketing materials, and ongoing support to help them

achieve their sales targets.

 Ensure agents have a deep understanding of our insurance products and their benefits.

 Monitor agent performance against established KPIs and provide regular feedback.

 Ensure agents are adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory

requirements.

 Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to

agents and clients.

 Field work.
