Job_functions: 1. Recruit Team ,Manage, Motivate And Guide The Team 2. Generate Business From Team By Doing Cross Selling, Up Selling & Add-On Selling To Existing Client's And New Client's 20% Sales +80% Management Recruitment. *( 20% Sales You Have To Sale 06 No Of Policy Of 35,000 Each And 80% Recruitment You Have To Recruit and activate 4 People under you with one 35k policy login) Team And Activation,Sales And Recruitment, Build Your Team. Training Will Be Provided. When you complete it you promotion from IC to IRP. Salary: *19k (Fixed 7k+12k Allowance based on monthly goalsheet completion)*+ PF+ GR+ ESIC+ Higher Incentives, Rewards ,Recognition And contests. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.

IRDAI Exam :

One Time Fee Of RS 585. will be charged After The Interview and Job Confirmation by the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance HR.
