Job Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Associate with strong knowledge of financial products/ mutual funds and a passion for B2C sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling financial products directly to clients through field visits, relationship building, and consultative selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market visits to identify and acquire potential customers.
Promote and sell a range of financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, health insurance, investment plans, etc.
Understand client needs and provide customized financial solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the sales manager.
Stay updated with current financial products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation and daily reporting of activities.

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field (preferred).
13 years of experience in B2C sales or selling financial products.
Good understanding of investment and insurance products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
Willingness to travel locally for market visits and client meetings.
Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English is preferred.
Should have his own bike & license.

Fixed CTC: 30,000 per month
