Job Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Associate with strong knowledge of financial products/ mutual funds and a passion for B2C sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling financial products directly to clients through field visits, relationship building, and consultative selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Conduct market visits to identify and acquire potential customers.
€¢ Promote and sell a range of financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, health insurance, investment plans, etc.
€¢ Understand client needs and provide customized financial solutions.
€¢ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
€¢ Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the sales manager.
€¢ Stay updated with current financial products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
€¢ Maintain proper documentation and daily reporting of activities.

Candidate Requirements:
€¢ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field (preferred).
€¢ 1€“3 years of experience in B2C sales or selling financial products.
€¢ Good understanding of investment and insurance products.
€¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
€¢ Willingness to travel locally for market visits and client meetings.
€¢ Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English is preferred.
€¢ Should have his own bike & license.

€¢ Fixed CTC: ‚¹30,000 per month
