• execute outbound calls to new and existing database to promote education services portfolio
• manage inbound / website leads
• identify and generate sales opportunities – upsell and cross sell within the defined territory and
accounts.
• manage all aspects of the full sales cycle – bant process and to assist the customers reach their
business objectives.
• position and sell the entire training and certification portfolio – classroom trainings / selfpaced / e learnings / experiential learnings
• understand the customer’s skill gaps and advise on the learning path and the value derived from
our training solutions to address their skill gaps.
• in the process, become an education consultant and a trusted advisor to help our customers
with their upskilling and certification needs
• accurately forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue driving growth in your
account base.
• drive new business (hunting) as well as fostering / nurturing the existing account base (farming)
• collaborate and exhibit teamwork with the cross functional team in the organization
• aggressively reviews account activities in pursuit of new business or up-selling opportunities.
• builds targeted sales pipeline and forecasts data driven sales activities.
• drives revenue and contributes to the continued growth of trainocate through consistently
achieving individual and team quotas.
