Under the supervision of the Manager - Technical Development, the duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design, develop, test and document contents based on the requirement provided to them. Preparing detail technical documents that clearly states each and every steps involved in developing single/cross vendors solutions. Highlight the missing steps, values and any inconsistency identified during the proof reading the technical contents such as lab guides, technical guides, presentation decks, etc. Assist and Support trainers and students during a live class, across different regions and time zones. Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex network and computer system issues, if any. Manage and administer servers, networks, and applications such as DNS, DHCP, FTP, Web, etc., if any. Maintain internal network structure of a data center by managing routers and keeping them running, if any. Install, configure, and maintain switches, servers, firewalls, and hard drives, if any. Troubleshoot network systems to identify and fix performance issues, if any. Provide solutions to complex problems on the integration of various technologies. Design plans as well as lead initiatives for the optimization and restructuring of network architecture, if any. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of network administration and firmware integration Monitor the environmental conditions of a data center to ensure they are optimum for servers, routers, and other devices, if any. Perform system repairs and update software/operating systems, if any. Calibrate and monitor data center servers to ensure efficient performance, if any. Collaborate with IT handlers, IT heads to develop action plan for improved operations Conduct inspections on power and cooling systems to ensure they are operational and efficient, if any.
