key responsibilities
● support sales by working closely with the business development managers and the head of sales operations
● managing inbound leads from the corporate website, innovative campaigns and referral
● generate new leads by working with the bd team, marketing team, key opinion leaders and physicians
● initiate conversations with the leads and ensure the potential before engaging the bd team
● ensure that product demos are conducted for all the qualified leads by co-ordinating with various stakeholders like prospects, business development and physicians
● prepare and deliver proposals and contracts by working closely with the bd team and company management
● ensure that the entire sales data is managed effectively through salesforce. analyze the data and publish analytics dashboard for the management
requirements
● 4 yearsʼ experience in inside sales/pre-sales in reputed b2b organizations
● strong skills in lead generation in b2b business
● hands on experience in salesforce administration
● experience in sales analytics & dashboards (including forecasting)
● strong experience in managing mini-projects within time and with quality
● strong analytical, numerical, and spreadsheet skills
● have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
