Job Description

1. client relationship management:build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing support, guidan ctce, and responding to inquiries and complaints.

2. sales and business development: identify new business opportunities, prepare quotes and proposals, and contact potential and existing customers to drive sales growth.

3. market and product research: stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market activities to identify product improvements and new opportunities.

4. crm and database management: develop and maintain a customer relationship management (crm) database to support sales and marketing efforts.

5. team collaboration and reporting:participate in team meetings and prepare reports by collecting and analyzing relevant data.

6. marketing initiatives: plan and execute marketing initiatives, including preparing presentations and overseeing new campaigns.

7. event participation: attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.

8. professional development:continuously improve professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and networking.
