Job Description: Inside International Sales Executive

Shift: Night Shift (07:00 PM to 04:30 AM IST)

Experience Required: 12 Years in International BPO / US Outbound Sales

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Daily Scheduling)

About the Role:

Galactic Client Services is seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Inside International Sales Executives to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international BPOs, particularly in outbound sales targeting the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to US-based clients and prospects

Pitch company products and services effectively to generate leads and close deals

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales in the CRM system

Handle objections professionally and persistently

Work closely with team leads and managers to improve campaign performance

Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in international BPO or outbound sales in the US market

Strong verbal communication skills in English

Confident, persuasive, and result-driven attitude

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus

Willingness to work night shifts

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to 45,000/- per month (Based on experience and performance)
