Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. Your main tasks will involve engaging with potential clients and managing sales processes from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Generation:** Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels to generate new sales opportunities and establish initial contact.

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with clients via calls and emails to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide appropriate product information.

- **Sales Presentations:** Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to showcase products and services, highlighting their values to encourage purchases.

- **CRM Management:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and effective follow-ups.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share feedback, and maximize overall sales performance.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably an or PGDM, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable working in a team environment and possess good organizational skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about products and market trends will be highly valued. Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques will also enhance your ability to perform effectively in this role.
