Key Responsibilities:
-Generate leads through calls, emails, and online research to support the sales team.
Qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and follow up with clients regularly.
-Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and necessary documentation with potential customers.
-Coordinate with the sales team to track the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
-Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate contact details and interaction records.
-Support marketing campaigns and email activities to generate interest and engagement.
-Assist in achieving sales targets by providing administrative and operational support.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
-Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Candidate Profile:
-Graduate in any discipline; additional qualifications in sales/marketing are a plus.
-1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
