Opening For Information Technology Executive

Provide basic IT support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, email, and basic software

Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network issues

Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, AMC, and replacements

Maintain IT asset records (systems, accessories, licenses)

Assist in data backup, antivirus updates, and system security

Support users with login issues, password resets, and basic server access

Ensure smooth functioning of biometric machines, CCTV, printers, and scanners (if applicable)

Follow company IT policies and maintain system discipline
