Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (servers, PCs, networking devices, etc.). Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system issues. Manage and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, and routers. Set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems. Perform regular backups, system upgrades, and patch management. Troubleshoot system/network failures and coordinate repairs or replacements. Ensure data security and implement cybersecurity best practices. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
