Key Responsibilities
Preparation and verification of Pre-shipment documents.
Handling Post-shipment documentation for export consignments.
Managing Bank documents related to export and import transactions.
Processing and maintaining BRC (Bank Realisation Certificate) records.
Preparation and verification of Import documentation.
Coordination with shipping lines, CHA, banks, and internal departments.
Maintaining export/import records and documentation files.
Handling back office operations and administrative support.
Ensuring compliance with export-import regulations and documentation procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Export-Import documentation procedures.
Understanding of banking documents related to international trade.
Basic knowledge of DGFT, shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, etc.
Good computer skills (MS Excel, Email handling, documentation).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in export/import documentation will be preferred.
