The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries from international clients efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound international calls, ensuring prompt and courteous service.- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.- Monitor and follow up on pending customer issues to ensure timely resolution.- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.- Identify and report trends in customer issues to help improve processes and customer satisfaction.- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay current on best practices and new procedures.
