prepare and manage import/export documentation including but not limited to purchase orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required documents.

communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to resolve documentation issues and queries.

maintain accurate records of shipments, customs entries, and regulatory compliance documents.

monitor shipment schedules and update stakeholders on shipment status and delays if any.

stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and industry best practices.
