Job Description

• This is purely a contractual position (CTH) based at Raipur and deputed on clients office for full time basis.

• Candidate should be from HR background and should have good understanding related to HR compliance and more.

• Responsible for doing research and understanding the industry, competitive analysis, and various distribution models for the client.

• Responsible for overall implementation of HR Scope of work at client place.

• Responsible for training on implementation of scope at client place.

• Responsible for taking appropriate decisions for client’s business, whenever required, with the help of PC.

• Solving challenges/problems/ bottlenecks/gaps at clients place with the help of PC.

• Coordinating with Principal consultant for timely deliverable.

• Responsible for getting timely feedback from client documented and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Conducting various employee engagement activities at clients place and ensuring high team motivation and retention of client’s manpower.

• Maintain a healthy relationship with clients and ensure retention post completion.
