triniti imigration pvt ltd is looking for a dynamic immigration consultant who has a passion for sales and can achieve targets.

responsibilities

• provide guidance and advice to clients regarding their immigration program

• document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing

• handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone

• record & maintain all application data. ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors

• keep up-to-date with changing rules, guidelines, and trends of immigration options and programs for canada and quebec

• execute appropriate follow-up calls and emails in a timely manner

skills required

• good communication skills, with an enthusiasm in learning

• knowledge of canadian immigration process/ laws will be an added advantage

• should be able to work on excel and create reports

• team skills and strong relationship-building skills

• excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

• any graduation or post graduation

• should be a good team player

• can work efficiently with minimum supervision
