roles & responsibilities:

�� responsible for counseling the clients, and their enquiries selling immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.

�� counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies. pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.

�� provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate��s profile.

�� prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned,

�� regular follow up on inquiries, follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.

�� identify sales prospects and contact prospects.

�� responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.

�� sales consultants responsible to maintain communication with clients through phone & email.

�� ensure mis reports submitted as per tat

�� customer satisfaction through assessing student feedback
