Immigration Counsellor (female)

roles & responsibilities:

- responsible for counseling the clients, and their enquiries selling immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.

- counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies. pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.

- provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate-s profile.

- prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned,

- regular follow up on inquiries, follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.

- identify sales prospects and contact prospects.

- responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.

- sales consultants responsible to maintain communication with clients through phone & email.

- ensure mis reports submitted as per tat

- customer satisfaction through assessing student feedback
