Immigration Counsellor (female)

Roles & Responsibilities:

�� Responsible for counseling the clients, and their enquiries selling Immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.

�� Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies. Pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.

�� Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate��s profile.

�� Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned,

�� Regular follow up on inquiries, Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.

�� Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.

�� Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.

�� Sales consultants responsible to maintain communication with clients through phone & email.

�� Ensure MIS reports submitted as per TAT

�� Customer Satisfaction through assessing student feedback
