Provide consultation services to address potential clients interest in Visas, including establishing suitability of the candidates visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone and face-to-face meetings.Present and market immigration services to current and potential clients.Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.Identify and resolve client concerns.To provide regular follow up on inquiries

Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for counseling the clients, and their enquiries selling Immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person. Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies. Pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration. Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidates profile. Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned, Regular follow up on inquiries, Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity. Identify sales prospects and contact prospects. Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries. Sales consultants responsible to maintain communication with clients through phone & email. Ensure MIS reports submitted as per TAT Customer Satisfaction through assessing student feedback
