responsibilities

‎ the identity and access management engineer will ensure the operational effectiveness of our identity as a service solution, as well as assisting with rolling out additional capabilities that further the firm’s iam efforts. this is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical skills who wants to help mature the firms iam program.

‎ • ensure a sound operating environment for the firm’s identity as a service solution. this includes defining and implementing critical system monitoring capabilities, responding to end user issues, and monitoring and responding to system s and warnings.

‎ • audit identities so that they remain healthy and compliant

‎ • enhance the firm’s identity solutions making them more secure, more user friendly, and more efficient.

‎ • document iam policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

‎ • monitor the identity life-cycle process for the firm’s workforce; making sure that identity life-cycle automation is performing as expected and handle exception processes to align people, identities, and accounts.

‎ • onboard new applications to the firm’s sso solutions.

‎ • educate end users on the use of iam related tools and processes.

‎ • understand and troubleshoot iam related issues
