Job Description

Detailed understanding of Identity related risks and controls.

‎ • Strong communicator with experience working with a global team.

‎ • Experience with Identity and Access Management concepts such as authentication, authorization, multi-factor authentication, and federation.

‎ • Experienced with Identity as a Service solutions such as Okta and Microsoft.

‎ • Understanding of SSO related technologies such as SAML, OIDC and SCIM.

‎ • Understanding of identity lifecycle management.

‎ • Experience with SQL and scripting (such as Powershell).

‎ • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

‎ • >4 years of experience in IAM or other Cybersecurity related fields.

‎ • Results oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

‎ • Strong communication and self-management skills.

Technical Skills:

Responsibilities

‎ The Identity and Access Management Engineer will ensure the operational effectiveness of our Identity as a Service solution, as well as assisting with rolling out additional capabilities that further the firm’s IAM efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical skills who wants to help mature the firms IAM program.

‎ • Ensure a sound operating environment for the firm’s Identity as a Service solution. This includes defining and implementing critical system monitoring capabilities, responding to end user issues, and monitoring and responding to system s and warnings.

‎ • Audit identities so that they remain healthy and compliant

‎ • Enhance the firm’s Identity solutions making them more secure, more user friendly, and more efficient.

‎ • Document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

‎ • Monitor the identity life-cycle process for the firm’s workforce; making sure that identity life-cycle automation is performing as expected and handle exception processes to align people, identities, and accounts.

‎ • Onboard new applications to the firm’s SSO solutions.

‎ • Educate end users on the use of IAM related tools and processes.

‎ • Understand and troubleshoot IAM related issues

‎ • Collaborate effectively with a global engineering team
