This includes defining and implementing critical system monitoring capabilities, responding to end user issues, and monitoring and responding to system s and warnings. Audit identities so that they remain healthy and compliant Enhance the firms Identity solutions making them more secure, more user friendly, and more efficient. Document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Monitor the identity life-cycle process for the firms workforce; making sure that identity life-cycle automation is performing as expected and handle exception processes to align people, identities, and accounts. Onboard new applications to the firms SSO solutions. Educate end users on the use of IAM related tools and processes.
