Strong communication and self-management skills.Technical Skills:Responsibilities The Identity and Access Management Engineer will ensure the operational effectiveness of our Identity as a Service solution, as well as assisting with rolling out additional capabilities that further the firms IAM efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical skills who wants to help mature the firms IAM program. Ensure a sound operating environment for the firms Identity as a Service solution. This includes defining and implementing critical system monitoring capabilities, responding to end user issues, and monitoring and responding to system s and warnings. Audit identities so that they remain healthy and compliant Enhance the firms Identity solutions making them more secure, more user friendly, and more efficient. Document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Monitor the identity life-cycle process for the firms workforce; making sure that identity life-cycle automation is performing as expected and handle exception processes to align people, identities, and accounts. Onboard new applications to the firms SSO solutions. Educate end users on the use of IAM related tools and processes.
