Our online marketing company (based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) is in need of an International Human Resources Officer.

Job Description:

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for the end-to-end process of recruiting (recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection & onboarding potential candidates). He/She will also help us develop and execute suitable recruitment strategies w/ our company.

Job Requirements:

Should be connected w/ large groups of people & has wide network connections

Above average English communication skills

Can communicate in local language

With a great personality and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to unconventional ways of recruiting

Basic knowledge in Microsoft & Google tools (eg. excel, sheets, etc)

Work in a goal-driven environment, perform all tasks within the defined timeline, responsive even during off office hours

Technical Requirements:

Personal PC/Laptop

Fast & reliable internet connection (needs to have a backup plan when experiencing latency issues)

& PayPal acc.
