job description:

the human resources officer is responsible for the end-to-end process of recruiting (recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection & onboarding potential candidates). he/she will also help us develop and execute suitable recruitment strategies w/ our company.

job requirements:

• should be connected w/ large groups of people & has wide network connections

• above average english communication skills

• can communicate in local language

• with a great personality and interpersonal skills

• ability to adapt to unconventional ways of recruiting

• basic knowledge in microsoft & google tools (eg. excel, sheets, etc)

• work in a goal-driven environment, perform all tasks within the defined timeline, responsive even during off office hours

technical requirements:

• personal pc/laptop

• fast & reliable internet connection (needs to have a backup plan when experiencing latency issues)

• & paypal acc.
