Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
Monitor attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Drive performance management and appraisal processes
Support department heads in manpower planning and team management
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
Build a positive and productive work culture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3-6 years of experience in HR (preferably in a managerial role)
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Good leadership and team handling skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with MS Office and HR tools
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling multiple departments or teams
Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of performance management systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
