avyaan management pvt. ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive hr manager to handle compliance, hr operations, and employee lifecycle management.

this role is open only for candidates currently residing in bhopal with proven hr leadership experience.

📝 key responsibilities:

✅ ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and internal hr policies.

✅ manage end-to-end hr operations — payroll, hrms, attendance, and employee records.

✅ develop and implement hr policies, processes, and sops.

✅ oversee recruitment, onboarding, pms, and exit management.

✅ handle grievance redressal and disciplinary processes.

✅ drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.

✅ prepare compliance reports and coordinate with government authorities and auditors.

🎯 requirements:

🎓 bachelor’s/master’s degree in hr/business administration or related field.

📌 minimum 2+ years of experience as hr manager or hr generalist.

📌 strong understanding of hr operations, compliance, and labor laws.

📌 excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

📍 only bhopal-based candidates will be considered.
