We are seeking an HR Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews

 Support on boarding, documentation and maintaining employee records

 Oversee office supplies, facilities and general admin tasks

 Help plan firm events and celebrations

 Provide admin support across departments

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Admin or related field

 0–1 year experience in HR/Admin

 Good communication and email drafting skills

 Proficient in MS Office

 Ability to maintain confidentiality
