Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Support on boarding, documentation and maintaining employee records
Oversee office supplies, facilities and general admin tasks
Help plan firm events and celebrations
Provide admin support across departments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Admin or related field
0–1 year experience in HR/Admin
Good communication and email drafting skills
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality
