Job Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for:

Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth HR functioning

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures

Handle recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records and manage attendance & leave systems

Foster positive employee relations and resolve grievances

Promote employee engagement and internal communications

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Conduct internal audits and support statutory reporting

Process monthly payroll and salary disbursement

Ensure timely and accurate tax and statutory deductions (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)

Handle payslip distribution, salary queries, and related reports

Support year-end activities: Form 16, audits, appraisals, and increments

Coordinate with finance teams for payroll and benefit disbursals
