The Business Development Officer will drive strategic growth initiatives, identify and engage potential partners, and expand the market footprint for UrjanovaCs solutions. The candidate will work closely with the leadership team to build commercial pathways for our patented technologies and align them with industry and policy opportunities.Responsibilities:Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders across industrial and government sectors for the implementation of UrjanovaCs technology.Pitch UrjanovaC: Effectively communicate the companys mission, patented CCUS technology, and commercial offerings to potential buyers, clients, and stakeholders through tailored presentations, product demos, and strategic discussions.Market Intelligence: Track developments in the carbon market, policy changes (CCTS, VCM), and climate finance mechanisms relevant to CCUS and climate tech.Proposal & Pitching: Work closely with the COO to create compelling pitch decks, concept notes, and technical-commercial proposals for clients, partners, and grant bodies.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a CRM pipeline of industrial leads, channel partners, and global climate accelerators.Revenue & Grant Strategy: Support fundraising, grant applications, and carbon credit monetization strategies in coordination with the leadership and tech teams.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields.2 - 4 years experience in business development or partnerships in cleantech, energy, or sustainability domains.Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.Understanding of climate policies, carbon markets, and industrial decarbonization.Experience working with or within startups, incubators, or accelerators is a plus.What We Offer:Opportunity to work alongside visionary leadership on critical business functions.Fast-paced, collaborative, and intellectually challenging environment.Competitive salary and opportunity to work on innovative solutions in the emerging space.High visibility role with significant growth opportunities.

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for:Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth HR functioningDevelop, implement, and update HR policies and proceduresHandle recruitment and onboarding processesMaintain employee records and manage attendance & leave systemsFoster positive employee relations and resolve grievancesPromote employee engagement and internal communicationsEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesConduct internal audits and support statutory reportingProcess monthly payroll and salary disbursementEnsure timely and accurate tax and statutory deductions (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)Handle payslip distribution, salary queries, and related reportsSupport year-end activities: Form 16, audits, appraisals, and incrementsCoordinate with finance teams for payroll and benefit disbursals
