Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 5 years in HR, with at least 1 year of experience in offshore hiring.
HR Skills: Proficiency in recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, and compliance.
Offshore Hiring Expertise: Understanding of global talent sourcing, cross-border employment laws, and managing remote teams.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple cultures and time zones.
Tech Savvy: Experience with HR software like BambooHR, Workday, or Gusto; familiarity with global payroll solutions is a plus.
Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to navigate cultural differences and adapt recruitment strategies to local market needs.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, especially when coordinating between remote, offshore, and local teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of HR legal compliance and tax regulations for offshore hiring.
Experience working with remote teams or international businesses.
