offshore hiring expertise: understanding of global talent sourcing, cross-border employment laws, and managing remote teams.
communication: strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple cultures and time zones.
tech savvy: experience with hr software like bamboohr, workday, or gusto; familiarity with global payroll solutions is a plus.
cultural sensitivity: ability to navigate cultural differences and adapt recruitment strategies to local market needs.
organizational skills: ability to manage multiple priorities, especially when coordinating between remote, offshore, and local teams.
preferred qualifications:
bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
knowledge of hr legal compliance and tax regulations for offshore hiring.
experience working with remote teams or international businesses.
