Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across sales, sourcing, operations, finance, HR, logistics, and other business functions.
• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and hiring managers and convert them into clear hiring plans.
• Prepare and publish job descriptions across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, colleges, and other sourcing channels.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, campus connects, walk-ins, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, assess role fitment, and coordinate technical/business interviews.
• Maintain hiring trackers, candidate pipelines, interview feedback, offer status, and joining updates.
• Handle salary discussions, offer negotiation, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
Campus Hiring & Fresher Hiring
• Drive end-to-end campus hiring and fresher recruitment for entry-level roles across sales, sourcing, operations, logistics, finance, HR, and support functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, placement officers, training institutes, and early-career talent communities.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, walk-ins, internship programs, trainee hiring, and bulk fresher hiring campaigns.
• Coordinate pre-placement talks, assessment processes, interview panels, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Create and manage fresher hiring pipelines for current and future business requirements.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand fresher role requirements, training needs, and deployment plans.
• Track campus hiring metrics including applications, shortlisted candidates, selection ratios, offer acceptance, joining conversion, and early attrition.
• Support onboarding, induction, buddy/mentor allocation, and initial training coordination for freshers.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
• Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, background verification, HR induction, and employee records.
• Support structured onboarding including HR policies, reporting structure, workplace ethics, leave policy, holiday list, referral policy, employee benefits, and HR tools.
• Ensure new employees are introduced to department heads, mentors/buddies, and relevant business teams.
• Track onboarding completion, training schedules, feedback, and role-readiness updates.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems and support attendance, leave, and HR documentation processes.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
• Support implementation of HR policies, employee communication, and workplace ethics.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, communication drives, and feedback sessions.
• Assist in performance review coordination, probation confirmation, role assignment, and employee development discussions.
• Support employee queries related to policies, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR tools.
• Maintain accurate HR MIS reports, recruitment dashboards, joining reports, attrition data, and employee records.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in campus hiring, fresher hiring, trainee hiring, internship hiring, and bulk recruitment.
• Ability to build relationships with colleges, placement cells, training institutes, and external hiring partners.
• Experience hiring for sales, sourcing, operations, logistics, finance, HR, customer support, and other business roles.
• Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, walk-ins, and campus channels.
• Good understanding of fresher assessment methods, interview coordination, offer management, and joining conversion.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain hiring dashboards, recruitment trackers, campus pipelines, and candidate databases.
• Knowledge of onboarding, HR operations, employee documentation, and HRMS tools.
• Experience using Zoho People or similar HRMS platforms will be an added advantage.
