key responsibilities
manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
maintain and update hr policies, procedures, and employee records.
handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
design and implement employee engagement activities.
support performance appraisal and review cycles.
ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
assist in payroll coordination, leave, and attendance management.
work with leadership to develop and execute hr strategies for growth.
requirements
bachelors/masters degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
proven experience in hr operations (xy years, depending on seniority).
strong understanding of hr practices, labor laws, and compliance.
excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
proficiency in ms office / hrms tools.
preferred skills
experience with hr software and applicant tracking systems (ats).
strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
