RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment: Hire new employees, manage the onboarding process, and ensure compliance with labor laws
Training: Train new employees and develop programs to improve employee performance
Employee relations: Maintain positive relationships with employees, handle employee grievances, and manage employee queries and grievances
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and keep employee information confidential
Payroll: Manage payroll and ensure employees receive their paychecks on time
Performance management: Manage employee performance and ensure employee satisfaction
HR records: Maintain HR records and update HR policies and regulations.
WORKING DAYS: Monday To Saturday
WORKING TIMINGS: 10AM-6PM
FRESHER SALARY: 20K to 30K
EXPERIENCED SALARY: 25K to 40K
