Walk-in Hiring For Human Resource Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are eager to build a career in Recruitment and HR Operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to bulk hiring, candidate pipeline management, recruitment coordination, client management, and field recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage bulk hiring drives to meet large-scale manpower requirements.

Conduct field recruitment activities, including job fairs, walk-in drives, and other hiring campaigns.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through field sourcing, job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

Maintain candidate attendance records and assist with project-based payroll processing.

Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring requirements.

Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local vendors to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.

Coordinate with clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle and support project execution.

Ensure timely communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and email communication.

Need to travel based on business and project requirements.

Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
