Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates via job portals (., LinkedIn) to conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews.
Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires by managing document verification, coordinating orientation sessions, and introducing them to company culture and policies.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances, mediating conflicts to foster a healthy work environment.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support accurate and timely salary processing by coordinating attendance and leave records with the finance/payroll team.
Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure all HR activities align with local and national labor laws (., PF, ESI, and labor welfare schemes) and regularly update the Employee Handbook.
Performance Management: Assist in the administration of annual or quarterly performance reviews, helping managers set measurable KPIs and documenting feedback.
HR Documentation: Maintain secure and up-to-date employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and handle all HR correspondence.
