recruitment & talent acquisition: manage the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates via job portals (., linkedin) to conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews.
onboarding & induction: facilitate a smooth transition for new hires by managing document verification, coordinating orientation sessions, and introducing them to company culture and policies.
employee relations: act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances, mediating conflicts to foster a healthy work environment.
payroll & benefits administration: support accurate and timely salary processing by coordinating attendance and leave records with the finance/payroll team.
compliance & policy management: ensure all hr activities align with local and national labor laws (., pf, esi, and labor welfare schemes) and regularly update the employee handbook.
performance management: assist in the administration of annual or quarterly performance reviews, helping managers set measurable kpis and documenting feedback.
hr documentation: maintain secure and up-to-date employee records in the human resource information system (hris) and handle all hr correspondence.
