As a Human Resources Executive, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper
policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Human Resources Executive will also be
required to manage succession planning and employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for
performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
€¢ Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
€¢ Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills:
€¢ Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
€¢ Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.
€¢ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
€¢ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
€¢ Assist and resolve team member and management queries
