We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to manage our HR functions in Sonipat, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience and will be responsible for various HR tasks that support our organizations success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment and Staffing**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to select the best talent for the organization.
2. **Employee Onboarding**: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to integrate effectively into the company.
3. **Performance Management**: Support the performance appraisal process by assisting managers in evaluating employee performance and providing guidance on professional development plans.
4. **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employees to address their concerns, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
5. **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and career growth.
