We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in HR and hold a Master’s degree. This full-time position requires a female candidate who is comfortable working from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Recruitment and Selection**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting the right candidates.
- **Employee Onboarding**: Facilitate onboarding processes by organizing orientation sessions and ensuring that new employees receive the necessary training and resources.
- **Performance Management**: Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems, helping managers assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- **Employee Relations**: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting effective communication within the team.
