Hiring Fresher / HR Executive / M.B.A/PGDM

We are hiring a Male HR Executive for our consultancy. The candidate must have an MBA or MBA HR specialization (Mandatory). Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.

The role also includes candidate screening, HR coordination, interview follow-ups, and building strong relationships with candidates and clients. The main responsibility is handling problematic situations, resolving conflicts, and managing escalations professionally.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication (verbal and written), strong critical and logical thinking skills, good understanding capacity, and a professional attitude. Ability to handle pressure calmly is essential.
