Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting job interviews: As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
2. Sourcing potential candidates: You will be required to source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
3. Screening resumes: It will be your responsibility to review resumes and applications to determine the qualifications and skills of potential candidates.
4. Building a strong candidate pipeline: You will need to proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
5. Coordinating interview schedules: You will be tasked with coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
