responsible for solving managing the non clinical work in hub, including the projects and reports within them and the users assigned to work on those projects.
responsibilities & skills
• assist the smooth and efficient running of daily hub activities.
• ensure to make and maintain roaster of technicians in a proper manner.
• have a basic awareness/ability to deal with challenging behavior.
• answering telephone calls in a timely and appropriate manner.
• delivering accurate and complete messages, transferring calls as appropriate to team mates
• maintain appropriate levels of non-clinical consumables.
• ensure records, information systems and files are maintained accurately, to allow a clear audit trail.
• act as a chaperone for clinicians when requested.
• work safely at all times in accordance with legislation and in line with company policies and procedures.
• carry out any other administrative duties as deemed necessary by the management team.
• minimum 1-4 years of relevant administrative experience is must
• should be good in email and english communication.
• should be flexible with rotational shift.
