What You’ll Do:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.

Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely updates.

Call and engage candidates to explain job roles.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and referrals.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Good communication skills (verbal & written).

Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Familiar with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus.
