What You’ll Do:

ï‚·Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

ï‚·Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.

ï‚·Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely updates.

ï‚·Call and engage candidates to explain job roles.

ï‚·Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and referrals.

ï‚·Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

ï‚·Good communication skills (verbal & written).

ï‚·Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.

ï‚·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ï‚·Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).

ï‚·Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

ï‚·Familiar with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus.
